Patient information is instantly and securely accessed patient information, and doctors can view an extensive view of a patient’s treatment with a single mouse click. The EHR is a game-changer: It improves patient care, increases efficiency, and reduces costs.

Office Ally Clearinghouse

The Office Ally Clearinghouse reviews your claims before submitting them to maximize your chances of getting a refund. If the system detects errors, it will notify you and allow you to correct the information directly on the website. You can also track the status of each claim and resolve denied claims or process claims that require follow-up.

A nice benefit of Office Ally is that if you already have a practice management solution, you can continue to use it in conjunction with Office Ally because it is integrated with many practice management systems. If you don’t already use this system, Office Ally also offers free Practice Mate practice management software, which is described in more detail below.

One potential downside to the Office Ally clearinghouse is that you’ll need an experienced invoice sender on site, as Office Ally doesn’t allow you to trust them with your invoices.
